Large gear typically ships via ground freight and arrives within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on Slingshot Sports equipment?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all new boards, kites, and foils purchased through our authorized store.
What is your return policy for gear that doesn't fit?
We accept returns on unused, brand-new items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I use Slingshot foils with boards from other brands?
Most of our foils use the industry-standard 90mm track mount system, making them compatible with a wide range of boards, though we recommend using Slingshot boards for optimal performance and balance.
