At Slingshot Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused equipment and all original accessories into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
